Mike Wysocki is Grand Knight of the Knights
of Columbus. He leads this group of men who
through five key areas of service -faith, community,
family, youth and fellowship-make a difference
in the Lansing community. They sponsor the Lansing's
Youth with Disabilities Swim Team, host family-focused
activities, and support community events. They
host an annual Christmas Party and Clergy Night.
The Knights of Columbus' insurance program holds
the highest insurance ratings given by A.M.
Best and the Insurance Marketplace Standards
Association. Within the United States on the
national, state and local level, the Knights
of Columbus is active in the political arena
lobbying for laws and positions that uphold
the Catholic Church's positions on public policy
and social issues. Meetings are held the First
Tuesday of each month at 8 p.m. at the K of
C Hall in Lansing.
